• The company must have it's own merchant account, no eGold, no PayPal, no third party processing... It's all about credibility. If the company cannot get it's own merchant account, it's likely to have financial trouble in the future.
• An excellent product. This is vital. If the product won't sell by itself, it's destined to fail in an attempt to sell it in network marketing channels alone.
• A fair and lucrative compensation plan. This get's tricky. There are several ways to build a comp plan that makes sense.
  
  The number one, the only compensation plan I will accept, the compensation plan which will allow you to build multiple downlines without cold calling or even advertising.
  
  However, you may want to get your favorite people involved in each program I suggest, they will love you for it. And I'll discuss this more in just a bit.

The U.S. Government, according to the most recent census numbers available, tell us...

• The current population of the U.S. is approximately 331,000,000 people (That's three hundred thirty-one million men, women, and children. )
• Of those millions of people in the U.S. our Bureau of Census also tells us about 245,273,438 (That's just over two hundred forty-five million people) are adults!

Here is why these numbers are so important to you...

Of those approximately 245 million adults, meaning eighteen years of age or older, the U.S. Government tells us 18.6 million of these adults (or roughly 8.5%) are or have been involved in network marketing.

Remember, network marketing, often referred to as MLM for "Multi-Level Marketing" has been around since the late 1940's and through the efforts of the two founders of AMWAY in the 1950's and their numerous court cases, in 1959 the network marketing gained it's legal legitimacy.

Bear with me, I am indeed leading up to an amazingly important point for you.

When in 2012 the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) rewrote regulations for home business opportunities, they intentionally left network marketing completely alone.

They went as far as to actually say there are too many people whose livelihoods would be affected if the FTC changed the rules for network marketing (like they did for non network marketing business opportunities) way too many people would lose their livelihood.

They went on to say for network marketing the financial entry point is relatively small compared to other biz opps.

However, their actions in 2012, with the passage of the new business opportunity regulations, they unquestionably decimated an entire non MLM buisiness opportunity industry.

Here's how...

And this one single provision without even adding up all the rest all by itself caused all the damage.

Because they ruled any business opportunity must provide ten references for the seller and here's the death blow, they went on to require any business opportunity seller provide EVERY PROSPECT with full contact information for a minimum of ten purchasers residing closest to the new potential prospect.

Can you imagine being asked to give your phone number, email address, home address, for other people to - at any hour of the night or day - to call you and ask you how you are doing with the program that they too are considering joining?

I don't know about you but I would never release this kind of information and make it public, because once it's out there on the net there is no taking it back.

Soooo, this one seemingly innocent FTC rule, all by itself, literally destroyed an entire industry.

But the Good News

I don't tell you what the FTC did to beat up on them, in fact, quite the opposite.

And put your thinking cap on for this one...

If an individual wishes to go into a home based business wherein they don't have to do all of the accounting, legal stuff, shipping if there is a product involved, all of those things necessary to run a successful business.

Why? It's simple. As a network marketing member of any company you have behind you all of the resources, legal, accounting, shipping, you name it, because think this through - in a sense you become a fully fledged partner of an existing business where your only obligation is to...

Sell product, services, and/or sponsor new people all from which you receive monthly commissions.

Making network marketing the absolute perfect business for untold millions. And when you consider nearly 10% (and climbing) of the adult population of just the U.S. not even counting or beginning to count the incredible numbers world-wide, all prime prospects, I think you'll quickly begin to see why the U.S. Feds left our industry alone and why so many, and it is a POSITIVE FACT, people are getting rich in network marketing.

The Only Compensation Plan I Will Ever Recommend To You

I love forced matrix programs!

Let's suppose it's a 2x7

This means the first two people you sponsor go under you on your first level. Everyone else you sponsor after your first two you still earn the same direct sponsorship bonus except get this...

As those people begin to pile up underneath you they will be joining either because of your efforts (however in this case my efforts) and the efforts to sponsor people by EVERYONE ELSE below you.
